BURN OUT OF PASSION

Primary Abstract was was originally formed in Newtown Square – back on August 7, 2006. The firm’s high level of service was birthed from our founder’s passion in real estate and the understanding of the mortgage markets.

Our founder, Ryan J. Dunn began his real estate career in a boutique and prestigious bank located on the Main Line, of suburban Philadelphia. There, at an early age, Ryan learned every step of the mortgage origination and sale process including issues related to Title Research, Raw Abstract and Search Techniques and ultimately the approval of Title Insurance and related products concerning the various transactions involved.

Ryan has a strong background in mathematics and engineering. With a such a skill set and a foundation in problem solving, he developed his own processes and techniques which have helped his firm to compete among the surrounding Title Insurance and Settlement Services companies of Pennsylvania. His added knowledge of the mortgage industry has proved critical in bringing difficult transactions to a successful close.
